This is being offered to me locally. What would it go for on ebay?

It would go for what someone wanted to pay. :P
In honesty, it depnds on the quality and condition. The wood alone can be worth a hundred or two, etc.

How much is the offer?

Picked it up today for $80. It looks pretty nice in person and I'll try and get some better photos of it posted. The humbucker looks to be missing the trim ring and the tip of the pickup selector is missing and the tremelo bar but otherwise in nice shape.

Here are some better pictures although I can't figure out the model from the index page.

Looks like it might be the X180 but that was listed as brown only.
Maybe the X190, but those were supposed to be 1984 and this has what appears to be a 1982 serial number. Also, it only has a single volume and tone control.
The only one listed as a sunburst model is the X130 but that's a S-S-S configutation.

Definitely a Phoenix, but looks like it's had some custom work done.

You think maybe it originally had a different pickup configuration or what do you mean by custom work?

I'm guessing it's a modified X-145VS. Especially with an '82 date....
here's a pic of an original (left) and the same one after a neck swap (right).

if you pull the mount ring off the humbucker, you should be able to tell if the cavity was widened....
