Is this really worth what this guy is asking? I have what I believe is the exact model although it's in more of a chipboard case.

I seriously doubt it will sell for that...

the active electronics ones can get that high, but not usually the base models....

My Phoenix bass with both P&J pickups (passive) in about the same shape was under $200 on e-bay last fall.
