Very weathered and sports some 'interesting' headstock art now, but the electronics seem to be original... who knows if they're still functional (don't trust a pawn shops evaluation...) but the starting bid is pretty reasonable. These are cool guitars, we often hear people raving about the X260 invicta's, the X250 was coined the 'powered invicta'. I've been having a blast with mine I really like the active boost, I'm able to dial it way down to get clean tones, and cranking it up will make a tube amp sing. This one while not a museum piece seems complete, and I guess you wouldn't have to worry about dinging it up any. Cheers, Mike.

I'd go for it, if I had any money.
Could care less for the headstock art, kinda dumb if you ask me....
But still, it's a nice guitar, so who knows, maybe someone here will get it and restore it to a more..um..original look.

Well the X250 is back, not sure why the original auction was pulled, here is the current auction:

Last I saw bidding was up to $160 on the first ad before it was ended. Again, she's a little beat, but seems to be complete and original save for the strap buttons and truss rod cover. The seller has even included a photo of the electronic compartment which shows the active card still there, can't tell if any of the wiring has been compromised, but it could be a gem for someone...

The X250 ended up going for $230, anyone here pick it up? Wondering if the electronics are still operational?
