I saw this on EBAY.

Looks more like my Dynasty Guitar. Are they really valued between $350-$500 without the "Melissa Etheridge" signature?

Looks like a Dynasty to me, the Lady has the big rounded arch at the back of the body. Recent Dynasty auctions have ended in the $130-$250 range. Any value associated with the signature is purely subjective. Worth a story telling maybe, arguable whether it adds any value, especially if you weren't there when it was signed, and if you weren't, there goes your story!

Like Proendorser says. A signature is easy to fake.

It's obviuosly a Dynasty, because as preciously stated the Lady was rounded.
Plus the item description is copied form another website, hardly original.
What E-Bay will try....
