Hello,

I Have an Electra Omega X220. One of the tiny washers on the G tuning key is busted and has loosened the tuning key so that the G goes out of tune for easily. Would it be better to try and replace that washer, replace that whole tuning key or would it be better to just replace all six tuning keys? If I need to just replace them all, what kind should I get for this guitar?

thanks!

I'd say go in order if it needs be:
1. Washer
2. One tuner
3. New set, if one replacement is not a good fit.

Online parts stores and musicansfrend, etc. don't sell pieces of the tuners. they don't even sell single tuners. where do you recommend i find either the single electra tuner or the washer to replace the busted one?

For a washer, try a good hardware store. Its going to be abit of a junk shoot. Replacement Electra tuning pegs do turn up from time to time on e-bay. For a direct replacement, look at Stewmac.com as they give dimensions for the tuners they stock. Good luck

Yes, hardware stores...go to more than one, obviously, so you at least get a good chance.
