Another observation -

I was noticing that the early six string Outlaw MPC models had the Electra (small) peace sign at the top of the headstock, and a very large (branded?) one at under the bridge, yet on some of the older? models the large one under the bridge had disappeared;

Does anyone have any more information on this?

Just asking.

I've had a couple with the "brand". i have one now actually and it's pickups are backwards than the normal set up. The first one i had was different than any other Outlaws i've ever seen. The serial number was on an engraved BRASS plate on the back of the headstock and it was # 1111111. What's that all about! Sadly that guitar was stolen out of the back of our van in San Diego.

That may have been Number 1!

Yeah, I always wondered about that. I bought it at a pawnshop in Denton, TX for $75. Lot's of musicians in and around that town.

Does anyone here have a serial number list for reference?
