I tend to agree with you on the Semi-Hollows selling for the highest amount and the Rick Derringer's (Explorer) rarely being offered. I would also say that while you do see the X120 Leslie West model on auction from time to time, I'd be surprised if they made more than 200-300 of them, although no production figures are known (what a shame). I've heard that they're kinda heavy and have huge honkin' necks, so maybe people sell their X120's because they don't like how they feel.

I'm working on a Serial Number list for the Endorser, but I don't think they would fit into either category you've mentioned, as they come up on eBay fairly regularly and don't go for as much as even the MPC's, which were in production for 5-7 years, whereas the Endorser was only produced for a little over a year (Mid 1982 to September 1983 latest serial number published), and probably smaller quantities, go figure.

Don't see the Ultimas (X960 MPC Invicta style) that much, also the X250 and X270's don't come up too often. Anyone else?

I dunno, but PCMs top the list.
And, of course, low serial numbers are always nice.

Really late on this, but the X510 must be well up there in rareness stakes?!

Well, I've seen several X510's go through ebay over the years.

If we get into individual colors, one model I've never ever seen is an X640W, that's the deluxe Phoenix bass with active EQ, in white.

As far as value, I can't say, probably something with pretty flametop maple. The prices of most Electras are still below that of other brands, so a pretty and popular model (like an Endorser or strad) might garner value to bring it up to other brands, but scarcity alone doesn't seem to do that.
