Tuners--- There are a number of Grover look alikes out there, that's what I used on my Outlaw. The real Grovers are obviously more expensive, and if you're going for vintage 'Bullseye' rotomatics, I found them to be around $180 a set!!

Brass nut--- blanks are common, will have to have them shaved down a bit and the string grooves cut deeper as they come barely scored for string spacing.

Bridge --- Original bridges were chrome, but this is the Brass one (same seller) that I put on my Outlaw, had to have the studs cut down a bit, but the threads/spacing were a match:

Tailpiece--- good luck there, may have to put a standard stop tailpiece on there as the 'cresent moon' Outlaw part is pretty unique.

Pickguard material can be found, probably have to make one from scratch. The rest of the items are rare, but sometimes come up on the bay. Best of luck, Mike.

Since I am working on resusitating the hulk, I have many of the electronic parts you are looking for. If for some reason that project does not work, you would have first dibs on them. I hope that is not how it goes but perhaps I can still help if you think pictures or part numbers would be usefull. I also remember someone here had found the toggle switches. Hopefully ther is an Outlaw owner here who can make a pickguard template for you. Good luck.
