Agreed. That's a great deal on a guitar you don't see too often. $500 for a nice clean example and the modules are probably worth $200 of that, oh with original case as well! Good story too, looks like the original owner. Congrats to who ever bought it.

Yeah, that's a heck of a score!

Looks like we're gonna have to start checking around the 'bay hourly from now on to snag a good deal! :)

The Dynamic Fuzz's are much more powerful than a Power Overdrive unit. A single DF makes a hotter signal than when I put two OD's back to back in my MPC's. Just sayin'.

I put a bid in on that 2 pack, and was ready to start prying open the wallet a little further until I realized that it was a bit misleading. The title stated "Electra MPC Modules 2 Tank Sound and Wah Wah", so I'm thinking a tank tone, and an auto wah - which would have been cool to toy with. But then in the decription, it states "One of these is a Distortion and the other is a Wah Type effect". Looking at the pictures, one has the Tank Sound sticker, and the other is blank. The blank one looks an awful lot like one of the two power overdrives that I already have, so I backed out. Not that this wasn't still a decent buy for someone, I just couldn't justify spending that much for essentially what would have been one module for me. The power overdrives don't do very well on their own, so it didn't seem prudent. Long story longer - buyer beware I guess.....
