:) 8)   :hyper:   Well I would like to thank Alpha for giving me the opportunity to be the new and proud owner of an awesome looking all original 1976 X230 Omega. She arrived today and is one awesome Axe. The photos do show her beauty but she is far more awesome when you see her up close. This is one awesome natural flamed finish and she sounds and plays great. The added edition of the color switches when paired with the 5 way give tones for days. The neck is a thick LP style but has an nice coating and is very fast and clean as well as smooth. She plays very nice clean but gives a great growl when you need it. Only thing she needs to be complete is a potting of the pups as most electras do then there will be no end to her power. Great clean, nice example of this model. I will try to get some more photos in the forum as soon as I can put her down. Between this one and the Elvin and X410 I am spending all my spare time playing them. It seems that I indeed have the acquisition fever badly here of late but it is worth it. I am happy that I can enjoy these and hope to share them at Electrafest and give all my fellow electra lovers a chance to see and enjoy them as much as I do. Thanks Again Alpha. mortarman120gang11c

Hey mortarman, I'm super relieved it got there okay(shipping with UPS makes me nervous, so I tried to pack it accordingly  ), and glad that you're enjoying it so much! I remember really liking the tone that thing had, too. Really punchy and woody sounding.
