I happen to come across this exact Electra Flying Wedge on my local Craigslist in Charleston, SC and was lucky enough to become the new owner for the sum of $200 and a pair of tickets to an upcoming Hootie and the Blowfish show I had won from a radio station. I owned one of the first new X-310 MPC guitars in the 70s and lost it to a pawn shop for $90 a long time ago when times were tough. That guitar actually had one ceramic encased overdrive module and a phase shifter that looked like prototypes. It also had a wave style headstock and logos later appearing on the X-320 and X-330, so maybe this was released a transitional model. Getting the V, which is a January 1977 model, helped bring back a few fond Electra memories for sure. I will post some pics soon.
