This seller obviously is not understanding how the Outlaw actually looks. He mentions that the pickguard has been cut but the guitar has not been altered.

Because it was used by a lefty I would assume that a right handed player would have to change out the nut for sure and the bridge too- yes?

Should be a quick fix. New Nut and strings should do the trick. You most likely can just flip the bridge and be OK. :up:

A close look at the photos and I noticed that there is a bunch of black electrical tape on the outside of the back panel and there is also scotch tape on the module panel.

Given that the cavity top is shielded, he may have had problems with the components shorting on the shielding. I had that on the three way on my Workingman. I too used some electrical tape to insulate it but did a neater job of it. If it stays in this general price range it pretty much has to be worth it.
