It looked like a pre lawsuit 2242 black LP with original hardcase...all for 40.00

I am in san diego ... emailed the guy saying I could come right over to get it.. got an email back from him about 3 hours later and he said he got a million calls and ended up selling it to the highest bidder for way more than the 40 bucks he was asking for..
