As you may have heard, I bought an X340 recently from eBay seller "starpro23" that had a crack in the body. I just wanted to let everyone know that this seller happily accepted the return of the guitar and issued a full refund including shipping as soon as it was delivered back to him. The manner in which the seller handled this transaction proves that there are still a few nice people out there with integrity. The seller "musiciansbestfriend" in my previous "Hall of Shame" post could learn a great deal from "starpro23" when it comes to how to treat people professionally.

So, lets all salute starpro23 for his excellent service which I know everyone on this forum will appreciate.
