Yup- The Flanger was the same seller as this compressor. He must be pretty happy. I bought an Electra Flanger stompbox with the storage case last week for less than $50. I'd venture to say it is more and less adjustable than a module. More because there's more settings to mix in - and less because it's either on or off -no sweep adjustment with your guitar knob. I like the Electra unit better than my Boss HF-2 - so the Boss goes to auction.

I think I paid the $59.95 asking price for mine - back when they first started selling;

I do know that I had it very early - bought the compressor and flanger ($130) at the same time.

They still work!

Wow. That's a stout price. Anyone here involved in this auction?

Shoot - I just listed mine for $265. If those guys want one at that price - much as I like it, I can live without it. Flame me if you must.

Hey guys! Does anybody have the circuit for this compressor? If it is built on the same PS2 board that is in the phase shifter, then maybe a non working module could be re purposed as a compressor. Not to sell mind you, but just to have one. sheesh $271 and 4 hours left, too steep for me!

Rats! I was hoping that you might (or someone out there) would pop theirs open and draw/ photograph the guts for a little soldering fun. But Hey, congrats on the high sales price. I guess you just struck while the ebay iron was hot!

It's nearly what I paid for the guitar w 2 mods and a case a few months back. A very nice module.

Well THAT was amazing. Congrats to Jead for making the bold move to score high return on his Compressor.

I was sitting here with an ex-SLM guy watching the last ten minutes of the auction, laughing in disbelief.

Don't get me wrong-- the compressor is one of my favorite modules. And my buddy who worked at SLM has the guts of a MPC compressor module built into an old MXR Distortion + box. It was made by the SLM electronics guys back in the day as a favor to this player, because HE really liked the compressor. But still, over $250?!

That's crazy.

I'll miss it. Hopefully the stompbox version is just as good.
