Looks like a fuzz/tremelo device built into a CB radio housing! Has the Goofy logo. Somebody has too much disposable income man, Mike.

I got a good laugh aty this one also. Sad part is that there is a bid on it and the reserve is still not met. Must have been some kind of super secret hippie spy device made by the rocket scientists for the fun of it. Interesting but not that much :rofl: :rofl:

I think it is a scam. Note that the reserve has not been met. Some one puts it up on e-bay then puts out a CL ad saying "these are listed for over $1K on ebay. Yours for only $400."

Apparently "paremierguitar.com" is supposed to be "premierguitar.com" in the URL,

but even with the correct spelling it goes to a Univibe article .............

Reserve has been met, at a dizzying $1099...

Seller is comparing it to a UniVibe unit, which in the article we find was used by many of the legends back in the 60's (never been a big effect historian myself). Apparently the UniVibes can go for a grand... or more. Also claims in the auction text that this one has some studio mojo which he can only share with the winning bidder (chuckle).

Seller has less than a hundred feedbacks, and Bidders are private. Who knows, maybe he has some buddies bidding on it to make it look desirable, or maybe it is that cool. I know I'd rather have two $500 guitars than that thing sitting on the console! Cheers, Mike.
