That kind of ruined my day. I thought my E-gas was in remission. Well, guess again. Very beautiful lineup there JD.

So what you are really saying JD is: na-na na-na-na!

Thanks for sharing  They are BEAUTIFUL!!

If I sell my Gibson RD Artist and my Boxster, I'm going to start looking for a nice X420. Did they make that with a natural finish like the Elvins?

EDIT - duh :toopid: Yes Perry, look at "Index of Models" X420VS

The 2266. For some reason unknown to me, this one has a noticeably mellower tone than the others. And the action is superb. Although I didn't restore/refinish this one myself, the fellow I bought it from did say that the pups were original but that new covers were added. It's a pure pleasure as a player.

EDIT: I want at least three more....

X420VS Custom Pro
2266 Burgundy Pro that IS burgundy
X-810 in maple

Anybody wanna do some tradin?

I had a bit of luck today while down in Wilmington, NC. I ran across another Roland JC120 in a pawn shop. I love these things but told myself that I wouldn't buy another one unless it was made in USA. The last one I had was built in JAPAN. Well......I got it for 350.00 out the door, on casters....made in USA. Hot dang, great condition but dirty and smokey grill.

Nice job on the Roland. I've had really good results with Windex on grill cloths - a real good soaking is the key. I usually don't even have to scrub - just soak for a while and rinse. I'm liking that X410 a lot.
