X199 correct?

Definitely in "players" condition..... not that that's a bad thing mind you.

I have two X199s. You will search long and hard for a guitar which is easier to play and offers more tonal variety.

And is the $349 BIN staying in the right neighborhood?

True, they are excellent guitars. I have 2 also, a blueburst and red to go along with my other X199, the Westone FX :) .
Incredible necks, excellent sound, more tonal options than you'll ever need!
By the way Ice, i paid less than $300 for both of mine (one was a pawn shop score for $150 and a 9 out of 10).

In the current climate I don't think $349 is out of line for an X199. We've seen some pretty ratty '81 Phoenixes go for $275 and $300 lately. As much as I love the early Phoenixes (I have about twenty of them) the X199 is in another universe when it comes to materials, assembly, and performance.
