it looks like the entire top portion is plastic and screwed onto the body with the perimeter screws holding it together? and jack mount built into the heavy looking pickguard...

be sure to look at all the pages of pics..

hagstom built neck....?

Wow. That thing looks like it came out of Eastern Europe. Probably impossible to intonate and hyper microphonic. I want it (not bidding though, no money to throw at it).

Well, looks like an Electra neck, but the body is undoubtedly a mid-60's Hagstrom Kent bass - think I'll bid !! and I did, I'm in ---

Uh, shut my mouth !! That's an original Hagstrom Kent bass with "ELECTRA" glued on the headstock !!

Yup - I should have read ALL of your first post before my first reply LOL -- it doesn't look like an Electra neck when you look at the back, not just the front, duh !! I had the guitar version last year - gonna try to wiwn this one for a good friend who is a Hag freek

kinda makes one wonder if either SLM or PCM ordered some Electra branded ones as a one off order....
