I've been watching this one, and the bidding is way under value at $150 with shipping currently. Doesn't look like there is a case included, but remember these are setneck, with the 18volt active EQ circuit. Here's a video of one of my favorite Electras:

Enjoy, Mike.

I love the powered EQ's and have been watching this one. I think the 420VS is going to shoot out of my price range so maybe an Ultima or X250 could be my consolation. The pictures of this PEQ leave a bit to be desired but still, I am interested.

Go get it jead! I am out of the auction scene for the time being until our guy DanA and I can get sympatico on a couple of things.

Looks very nice. The correct matching switch that hard to drum up??

At least it still has the board, and its probably not been fiddled with. Many of these guitars have had the active circuit ripped out.

No mention of switches in the auction text so I'm not sure what you're referring to. The last switch is the active on, which is a 12 pin quad throw variety, and it is usually black not chrome like the other switches.

Except for the Truss Rod cover, it looks totally straight to me.

Same here. It's a nice one.

Ahhh, interesting!

I just assumed one of the switches was a replacement. Should have checked the archives better on that. Thanks guys.

Hope it stays low for you Jead.

Well I did lose out on that but did score on the MOST ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS ULTIMA without a frickin' mark on it. (ok a few pick swirls). Honestly - this guitar looks like it's maybe 3 weeks old NOT 3 decades. It's just ridiculous and should be the centerfold of Jack's book - no kidding. Adjusted at SLM by Rene Lopez 10-82 and yet it has a 00 serial number. As an added bonus it came with a compressor module!!!! Holy Sh#t - I am currently giddy. :hyper: :hyper:

I'll try to post some pics tomorrow in a new thread - trying not to hijack. :)
