Hey gundecker.....that is just an old saying, like "under the bed"....referring to stuff that's been unused for a while then drug out, spiffied up and offered for sale.

You recently purchased yours though, right? That's called flipping....then I got it wrong. Sorry.

The last one selling for almost 2 grand, it's not uncommon for folks who also have one of these to "jump on the train" immediately after, figuring that the losers of that auction will bite on another one big.

I do wish you luck.....the guitar looks very nice. It would take a grand to get mine away from me.

I got the closet reference. No offence taken. I do have gear/guitars/amps all over the house much to the wifes chargrin. My problem would be if I stuck stuff in a closet I would forget it's there and rebuy it down the road. I buy and sell or trade stuff all the time,mostly on CL. at the local level. I have played my outlaw through various amps and efx almost daily since I got it.As stated, I amjust not bonding with it.Cool stuff,just not for me.
