AxCent Tuning System

Automated Alternate Tunings for the guitar –

Used by Sonny Landreth, Graham Nash, Jimmy Page – and others – see Artist page

http://axcenttuning.com/

Note:
I just thought it was an interesting twist to new technology -
kinda like when Electra guitars were introduced back in the day -

Expensive, yes - but an alternative for having several axes on stage with different tunings -

Top review or ignore - whichever you choose.

At only $3400 a pop I'm going to get a few!

Wow I can understand having a tuner for on stage when you want to be in tune fast. For that a chromatic tuner will give you as many tunings as is possible. Mine cost $40.

For home use, my ear came free. But then again, lately I have been playing mostly upright bass where having the open strings in tune just the beginning.

3400. Just ... wow. Whilst not being quite mentioned in the same sentence as Page or any of those other fiddlers, I've used a Boss TU2 for nigh on 30 years. Works just fine, although I now have a Peterson Strobe tuner app on my iPad....

The Peterson app for Iphone seems to work really well - I A/B'd it with my Peterson Stroboclip and it seems to be pretty dead on. Pretty good app for $20.

I have used a Korg DTR-1 rack mount tuner for years -

and recently the Intellitouch PT1 for my Taylor acoustic.
