Good deal JD!

Today wasn't all that great for me either. A certain package I'VE been waiting on got to St. Paul at 2:19 this afternoon but FEDEX would not put it on an afternoon truck. Grrrrrrrrr!!!

Looking forward to lotsa-lotsa pics...

Here's the pics guys....she's a beaut. One ding and one scrape on the backside, moved straplock on the bass horn. But a ragin beauty.

I cleaned it up, restrung it with 8's, set it up...and she sings.

Gadzooks! What a haul! Stunning! Are the tuners original? Is the frognose a cheesy gimmick? Congratulations again!

The Frognose MPC does work; I used mine with headphones; I also used it as another overdrive by turning it on while plugged into an amp and it worked like that as well; mine was the early solid green model; I traded it to Thorny years a few years ago for one of his modded Power Overdrives - which I still have; I quit using the Frognose when The Rockman came on the market and I bought one of those.

Phenomenal score, JD. Congratulations.

Between your X120 and Mike's X910... I just don't know what else there is to say! Is there anything left to aspire to?

Well egg on my face, sorry 'bout that RCS. (insert embarassment smilie here)

Yours still in working order? I really dig that mellow & sweet overdrive it has. I am a sucker for that late 70's / early 80's vibe. Between that Rockman and my Boss OD-1 it's pretty much covered.

I am going to try to connect with a local on Craigslist today to pick up an EHX English Muff'n. Anyone got any experience or heard anything about that one?

I no longer have the Rockman - one of my students had just bought a new SG and he had no amplifier; so I gave it to him after he used it for a few times - and so he could keep up with his lessons; he says it still works.
