Hi Guys,

Uploaded a new song last night. Junkyard Train. The outro is really cool, if you can make it all the way through. I did all the parts on this one ‘except for the drums. Jim White did those, but we both edited the fills. The main riffs with an X-150 and the solo is with an X-135.

A Blackfoot tease there at the end - Train, Train - I thought only 5 or 6 people remembered that one. :) NICE JOB!

I saw Blackfoot open for the Who in 1979. I also saw Ricky Medlock play guitar with Lynyrd Skynyrd. I must be one of the other couple! Wasn't it one of the guys Grandfathers who played the harmonica intro to Train Train?

That would be Ricky's grandfather Shorty Medlocke.

Rick's gradfather has been considered by some to be the very man referred to by Allen & Ronnie in their song "The Ballad of Curtis Loew"... or at least the inspiration for the character.

...or so the urban legend goes...

Definitely a Blackfoot quote there. I had a long list of "train" songs that I was going to do over that last bit but train, train and long train running were the only ones I liked in that part.

Thanks for listening Gents.
