Would anyone happen to have a wiring diagram for a 2243?

Would it be the same wiring as a LP?

There's two buckers, 2 volumes, 2 tones and a toggle....nothing special or out of the ordinary that I can see.

Also, would anyone know what the wire gauge would be?

I am pretty sure that it would be the same for an LP. There are a few different ones but they all should work. Are interested in the wire gauge in the pups or that was used to wire it?

The 2243 isn't even on the Index list... so what is its unique feature(s)?

I thought the same thing but guessed it was a typo. Post some pictures anyway!

I don't know 100% what it is, but it looks identical to a 2243. Follow this link and scroll down. When you see a girl sitting on a Doobie Brothers case, it's looks like the 4th guitar beneath that pic. There's no pic of the 2243 head stock (mine is a wave), but that pic looks most like mine. Also, I don't know of any unique features.

There's a few pics on this thread plus a pretty cool little story about it.

The 2243 is a hard shell case according to that catalog, I think your guitar is a 2242, which is the image/description above it.
