Hello, fellow Electra lover here. I just picked up another goldtop 2254 and it is missing the pickguard. I tried my epiphone Japan les paul custom pick guard but it does not match up. Does anyone know what pick guard will fit?, does a regular gibson guard work?, I'd hate to order one to get it and find it doesn't match up.

Hey there Mike. I had a custom pickguard made for my Electra Omega, it fits perfectly. I had it made by Virgil at www.pickguards.com

I don't know if your pickguard is the same size as mine, I can send you a tracing of mine for you to cut out and try.

If you need Virgil to make you one, it'll run you around $36 or so. Not cheap, but worth it.
