I've got a bad neck pickup in my electra 2221. I can't seem to find new pickups that will fit. They are a weird size. Does anyone know where I can find new ones?

OR, can I retrofit other sizes into the pickup holes? Has anyone done this or have a write-up?

I'd consider having the pickup re-wound. You can probably have it done for about $50. Have you ruled out loose or disconnected wiring?

Yes, the winding is broken between the two coils. I live in a small town in Missouri and do not have a repair shop near by. Are they any companies you would suggest that I could mail it to to get rewound?

I used these guys to rewind an MMK45 and it came out perfect.
