Been this way since I got it.

The Volume and Tone knob don't work. They're probably hooked up incorrectly. They're both fully "on", as in max on both at all times, but turning them does nothing.

I don't know much about the electronics, hopefully someone here knows more than I do. Here are the photos:

Doesn't look right at all! Bottom line is I want the pots to WORK as they should instead of just being full on all the time. How should I wire them? Ideally I'll need high resolution photos from someone's Omega, or a diagram.

Well they are both wired wrong. There is a lot going on with the volume but it looks to have been bypassed. If you look at the bottom of the pot, there are three tabs 1) input from the pup, 2) output to the jack (or the rest of the circuit), and 3) the ground. I see the ground is there and there is something on the center tab but nothing on the input. There is another wire that does not go to the pot at all.

The tone works by sending some of the signal through the capacitor to ground. The pot also has three tabs, 1) is not used, 2) is from the output from the volume (it looks OK) and 3) should have a capacitor in line to the ground.

Hope that helps

it looks like the 2 gray cables that are grounded on the back of the volume pot are;
1) from the tone selector knob, 2) to the output jack.

the white wires should be separated
the white wire from the tone selector should go on the end tab on the volume pot, the opposite end from the grounded tab.
the white wire to the output jack, should go the middle tab on the volume pot, along with the capacitor.

the end tab on the tone pot should be grounded, (not the clipped one)

you might want to eliminate the red/bare wires to the output jack and use only the gray cable, since the gray cable is shielded and the red is not.
