Hello all, I am looking for a little help identifying my new guitar. It looks very much like a Phoenix X130, but it does not have a string-through body. Also, if the website I visited is accurate, the finish on my guitar was not offered. I noticed that all the pictures I saw of back of the headstocks had a rectangular plate mounted. My guitar looks like it had an oval plate glued to the back of the headstock. I would really appreciate any help identifying this guitar. I have some pictures, but I am not sure how to post them.

Very cool color on that one!

It is a Phoenix. X130S to be precise. Stained Ash. Nov. '80 Build Date. There were 2 versions. solid stain and a burst stain like yours.

I think the solid stain version started in '82 but don't know for sure.

Thanks for the help. The guitar needs just a bit of work, but I am quite pleased with it for the small price I paid.
