Hello, I have an Electra Pheniox x110vw that I have owned for about 18 - 20 years. I got it as a gift from my dad who owned it prior when I took an interest in playing guitar as a young teen. I have never known anyone else with this brand nor have have i met anyone that has known anything about them. Most have just figured it some cheap brand no longer around, but those who have taken a closer look at it are impressed with its quality and the way it plays and considered it comparable to expensive well known brands. I just was curious about its value so decided to do a web search but didn't find much, but did come across this site and thought someone here might know. It does have two or three defects on the body where the off white finish has chipped off and a slight ding on the end of the neck. Other than that fully functional and sounds and plays nice. I have considered having the Knicks repaired but thought I should wait to see if this would be recommended by anyone else or not. Thanks for any replies and input. :)

The Phoenix models vary in price due to the many, many different colors, styles and models that were made. If it is still all original and is moderate to good shape and works I would say there is still a wide range in prices. The anniversary models bring a bit more but overall the phonex models range from a low end of $150- a high end of $350 + with the X149/X150 Actice models at the top. With the history you have with that one I would never sell it but that's just me. You will always regret it later or at least I would. Welcome to the forums and hope to see some photos of this one soon.

I have two X110s. Paid $150 for one off Craigslist and $125 for the other one on eBay. It's the least valuable of Phoenixes, primarily because the one-pickup thing isn't as popular as it was in the shred era.

Still a great guitar though!

Yeah, that was me. For some reason I thought I paid $125.

That guitar, when it arrived, wasn't really worth 107. The neck and frets are shot.

It is in great shape just a few cosmetic defects. I have no intentions of selling it. I love it and was just curious about it. I don't really know that much about different brands of guitars, I just play them, but was wondering what this one really was. I had never seen anther of this brand and no one I know seemed to know anything about it. It is a great playing guitar actually in my opinion as good if not better than many of the fender guitars I have played. Anyway, how do you go about posting pictures here?
