8) That must be one sweet playing axe there as it has some serious playwear on that neck but mojo is good in this case. 8) 8) 8)

holy jeez whiz! How many gallons of sweat does it take to corrupt a guitar that way?

BTW the coil tap is missing and the pickguard looks like a replacement.

Good eye on the pickguard V, a few extra screws holding it on too. This player must have had fiber-carbon fingernails man! This guitar should be a case study in relicing, that's all honest wear. If you could get the Fender Custom shop to do one this nice (which you couldn't!), it would run you like 5 grand.

Obviously you have to appreciate the minty guitars out there that escaped getting banged up and used, but the ones like this with so much wear look beautiful to me. If it stays low, I may have to get involved in this one. Cheers, Mike.

Hope you get it Mike -

Someone here needs to and save it - and play it - just like it is.

Now THAT's some play wear. Although I've seen very convincing "relic" guitars. Give that thing a refret and it would be a monster. Love how a worn guitar feels!

I might go for it, haven't decided yet...

Huh... this is in my hometown, I wonder how I escaped noticing it?

I'd like to have it but I'll defer to Mike, he's taken good care of me on some stuff :)

I've been outbid, and I'm out... still, it would be cool to have one so well worn

We need to coordinate better. It was worth $200 to me, it has the proper bridge on it :)
