Hello, I found this on Craigslist today and went ahead and picked it up. Does anyone know about what year/model it is. None of the pictures I've researched look quite like it. It also has a pick guard that I removed to get some of the dust off the body. The action is way high and the bridge can be slid around when there is no tension on the strings. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the Forum. Electra is a bit of an odd brand in that the name was used by too different companies, Pacific Coast Music, (PCM) and Saint Luis Music (SLM). Most of the documentation we have is on the SLM guitars. The logo on the headstock of your bass with the "X" is a typical PCM logo. I would guess that it dates from the late 60's through the mid 70's and was most likely made in Japan. Others here may know more.
