Everything feels tight. Not the pickgaurd or the imput jack. I notice it on the lower notes. You can't hear it when plugged in but I play it more unplugged due to apartment living and it's driving me nuts. Any ideas?

Is the truss rod nut loose? If it is the truss rod can rattle on low notes.
