I'm the seller - I ALWAYS follow through. I think you meant buyer and I'd say its less than 50/50 at this point since so far he hasn't paid.

Good ole ebay, it is all about the buyer and to heck with the seller. You'd think they would take better care of their sellers - the true people paying for their service. I hope the seller comes through, and if not I hope you get your fees back promptly.

There used to be a way to block bidders without feedback from bidding on your listings - might want to see if it is still available and turn it "on".

Only individual buyers! 14 years on eBay and I've been blocked by one seller for an issue with a five way Strat switch!

Strat o fear is well known for blocking people that complain. However, I use them just about exclusively when I assemble Strats. I assembled this one about 6 weeks ago for myself. Sienna Sunburst Ash body, Robert Cray neck and Robert Cray pickups with mint green guard. Wired for bridge and middle tone on bottom pot. You pay just about top dollar with Stratosphere but I've never had an issue with any component.
