Looking for some of those electra/westone switchmaster knobs. Good repros are fine. I can use 6 of them total.

Also are the non-bendmaster bridges (look like black 6 hole vintage fender style) on most of the Electra phoenix models standard metric spaced? Wilkinson makes a nice vintage looking one in black with a steel block I was thinking of using with a hardened steel base (the Electra one was made of pot metal). They come in Korean/Chinese/Mexican sizes, US sizes, and one model that has elongated holes that will supposedly work with either (costs a bit more).

What do you all use? Anybody replace one of these?

Logged in and sent a PM to the guy. Hopefully still makes them. I can use 6, and I won't have to steal them from my cheaper models to put on my more expensive ones :-?

I picked up 3 from him for the Dynasty I bought from Proendorser. They were well made and are going strong on that one. I bought black ones but I think Corsair has some colored ones on some of his Westones that are from the same guy.

So I do, and very cool they are, too!

Tvil hasn't been around much so I hope it all pans out!!

I used a Wilkinson 5+1 bridge on my X195 for ages until Ice sent me an Electra one; it fit the hole like a glove and worked very well - I recommend them!

This one has a FUNKY chrome bridge installed in it now. I don't know what brand or whose it is, obviously not stock, likely an OK bridge but I'd like it to look a bit more "normal" so that is why I suggested a black wilkinson - thought they looked closer to "right" and I am not very liikely to find an original one (and if I did, how much?). You just don't see them too often. I did see a pic showing an original bridge base plate busted up and appeared to by pot metal. I didn't like that. So figured a Wilkinson with a hardened steel base plate and steel block might be a better solution given what is in there now looks totally wrong.

Here is what is in there now. Never seen a bridge like it before.

What is that? has a Kahler-like lock behind the nut too (not unlike some electras have a lock behind the nut) - this one is chrome as well. Never seen this particular setup. Maybe someone else has.

The guy on the westone forum got back to me in a PM and said he would make some more, but it would be after the holidays. That is fine. I won't have the guitar in hand until then anyway. I am just glad he still makes them! They will be fine.

Merry Christmas and you will find his reproductions to be of excellent quality and other than the dot on top almost impossible to tell the difference.
