The headstock/neck on this one is the "fishmouth" or "thorn" style one as seen on some of the "UNKNOWN" distributor Electra's from the late 80's. exact same headstock appears on other branded basses and guitars (Grand Prix, Tanara, etc...) in the late 80's as well. (have seen an '88 flyer for Tanara)

The body looks to be early 70's, and could very well be Mat, as that particular pup style on pbasses was seen on only a few brands, Electra, Aria, and possibly some others I've forgotten.

But for the price this still should be a pretty decent solid made bass.
