Have a Electra model 2255w Tele style. Haven't seen this model listed anywhere. Wondering what year it was made and what it's worth? It's blond, simi hollow body and has 2 humbucker pickups.

I think the Electra tele copies were produced from about 1972-1975. As far as what they are worth, beat up ones can be as low as $200.00 and better ones can be in the $400.00-600.00 range.

I love my electra, and I love my Telecaster, and Ive always wanted a hollowbody one, sounds like a neat guitar!

Thanks. I'll put some pics up when I figure how. It's a great playing guitar but has the thinnest neck of any guitar I have.

They are great. Mine is so light, it doesnt drag your shoulder down. It sounds great. Theres a pic in the index of one.

I love mine as well. Very light and easy on my back and love the neck. I have had several Fender Tele players that have told me it plays better than the real Fender from that time. I agree
