They have updated their website and it is pretty nice. I also happened to notice one of the people on the testimonial page that is quoted is our own Mortarman Arthur.

8) The mew website is very nice and easy to navigate. I congratulate Ben and company on the re birth of Electras and they awesome new innovations they have come up with. They take the best of the original and add the best of the new to make one awesome instrument. These are indeed worth the price and honor the Electra name and innovations we all cherish. I have two of the new Omega Prime models and I love them. I do value my word and I do take what I say very seriously so believe me you may want to give one of these a test run. You will not be disappointed.

I really like mine as well - I have the black proto-type Omega that went to NAMM, was in the first videos and first pictures and all that. I really like it. Mine is pretty well the stock Omega, maybe a couple of minor differences because it was the prototype. It has that chunky neck - something I personally like a lot - with the heel-less design. It's a big improvement over a Les Paul. The electronics and hardware is as well.

The new Electra needs its own section in the Forum. They keep growing, adding and making new models and are picking up some good endorsements and some steam in the market place. They deserve their own section.

Bloody hell.... I've never really had an urge for a brand new guitar, but gee; I hear that Talon calling my name!! Looks very like the Westone Prestige - no bad thing!! - with a modern twist ..... very, very nice indeed!!

The Talon will be available in Black and Phantom Quilt. We had an artist try out the Phantom Quilt and started using it. Haven't been able to get a photo done for the site yet. Will be adding when they arrive but wanted to share so you can see the other color option. Thnx! Gene

Nice twist on the fret markers too. Looks good. You guys are doing a great job at bringing them back.

Goodness that Talon is great looking. What colors will the phantom guilt come in?

Although I'll have the Phoenix S one day next month, I can see a Talon is in my future as well. :D

The first run of Talons will come in two colors. Black and the Phantom Quilt. The Phantom Quilt is appropriately named since it quickly disappeared upon arrival.

One of our endorsers Justin Walker picked it up for a test run. I don't think he's used another guitar since. Aside from his various projects, he's been on a circuit for T-Rex Pedals doing Clinics/Demos at Guitar Centers. Ironic that some players doing these don't play brands they stock. But that's another story :)

Here's a link to the Black Talon. Aside from the finish, specs are the same for the Phantom Quilt.....http://www.electraguitar.com/products/etb-etc
