At the time, I was concentrating on getting it working and back together. But I can open it up and take a picture, and I can try to use your first pic as a guideline and draw it up with the changes. I have an old version of corel paint shop that I can put the numbers on the picture like you did. I had a stock mpc opened up when I did mine and used that stock switch as a guideline - making adjustments on the fly for the differences in the switch.
