Just wanted to check in with everyone here and give all an update on my health. I underwent major surgery on feb 5 to remove part of my left kidney due to cancer. Surgery wnt well but will be a slow recovery. Just keeping busy now with follow up scans and tests to make certain the cancer did not spread to bones, lungs, etc. It was found to be a very rare{less than 1% of all kidney cancers are this type) so they are really watching me close. They are also watching my right kidney as it also has lesions on it so going to be busy with all this medical stuff for a bit. Hope all are doing well and will check in when I can. Great to hear that you're on the mend and hopefully feeling better, but not so good to learn of the cancer, mate....

I'm not a religious type, but I'll offer up a prayer to the non-specific deity of your choice for a full recovery!!

Thank You all for the well wishes. I am feeleing better and recovering well. Getting around some now and I am able to play my Electras again. Still have many more scans and appointments to go but getting better. Hope everyone is safe with this virus situation. Glad I live in a small rural area. Even here we have had 4 confirmed cases and in Albany GA about 50 miles from here over 200 confirmed cases. Stay safe and use this time at home to enjoy those Electras.
