There are in fact Westone guitars currently being made. Unfortunately they're only available in the UK, a British firm owning the name for guitar use.

Nope, thats an old Spectrum from the '80s. A review of one of the recent offerings is here. http://www.guitarist.co.uk/gear/gear_page.asp?ID=216 The Paul Reed Smith influence seems pretty obvious.
