Looks to me like an X110.

http://www.herons.ca/electra/x110vw.html

Yours is a little later than the one pictured, with the black headstock and rosewood fingerboard instead of natural maple, but I think it's still an X110. You can tell the year by the first digit of the serial number on the back of the headstock, i.e. 4 means 1984, which I bet is the year yours was made.

What I want to know is: can you pull out one of the knobs for coil tap (switches humbucker to single coil for thinner sound)?

Nice guitar! I saw that on ebay and hoped someone would get it who appreciates it! Congratulations!

Oh yes I just won this so thats the reason for all the question..yea your right..With this type of setup you would be lacking a tone control if it didnt

I don't know what it is! you're right, all the Westones and Electras I find in the catalogs, even the ones with a single bridge pickup, all have two knobs.

Cool rarity!

Ok heres the scoop...Its a model x125 1986 is the year..only one humbucker no tone controll just a volume, tremolo bridge.. action is great really low and fast, rosewood neck, only good for rock as the acoustic sound is a little high for my taste its screamin loud though..Ive got about eleven guitars and this one puts out some serious squeeling sounds ..great harmonics too..I like it alot ..I found a web site that had a picture that said it was a low end model..If this is a low end westone..Im getting some high end!

That's at Ron Bush here in Saint Louis. Did you get load of that price? He's awfully proud of his stuff (all of it is priced like that). He's had a couple there that I wouldn't mind having but there was no talking him down.
